Rookie League

The Rookie League is for ages seven (7) & eight (8), will serve a maximum of 20 teams and conducts its activities at the CSX Park/Hailey Fields at 5013 Regent Drive & Whitfield Park, 5150 Edmondson Pike. .

The league operates on a player pitch/coach pitch basis with a 42-foot mound and 60-foot bases and some rules modifications for player development under the Babe Ruth League/Cal Ripken Division rules. All players must play a minimum of six consecutive outs, and all players may bat in the lineup. Spring and Fall seasons are offered.
